Mark is responsible for the operations and management of our clinical departments. Mark brings more than 29 years of clinical and leadership experience at some of the nation’s top substance use and mental health treatment centers. His extensive career has led to key accomplishments including leading initiatives around treatment delivery innovations and managing the clinical programs at multiple Betty Ford Centers. Mark holds a Master of Education in Counseling from Stephen F. Austin State University, has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1996, and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor since 1991.

For the last 5 years, Lisa has been supporting families and individuals struggling with mental health issues, to find the care and support they need. Building and sustaining meaningful relationships in community outreach and admissions is the foundation for her experience in business development for established companies and startups.
Lisa’s purpose and mission-driven efforts are focused and intentional in helping those that need it. She believes that it is part of her calling in life to honor others as they are and help others become the best versions of themselves, where ever their journey may lead them.

Her role at Lakeview is to reach and partner with families, counselors, psychologists, doctors, and therapists in the Houston, Texas region, to build awareness in the community about the evidence-based and industry-leading resources available for treatment at Lakeview Health.

Position: Client Services Representative

Taylor Livoti graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Sciences from New Mexico State University and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Houston Baptist University. Taylor most recently worked as a territory manager in Houston for a pharmaceutical company, developing and building relationships with OBGYNs, pediatricians, family practice, gastros, internal medicine and urgent care offices. Taylor utilizes her relationships in The Woodlands to educate the community on addiction, substance abuse, and dual diagnosis disorders. She loves working as a branch of the healthcare industry and helping people find their way to sobriety.

Eyerusalem Mulatu earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lamar University. Eyerusalem continued to further her education by receiving a Master of Education with a concentration in Community Agency Counseling from Texas Southern University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration. Eyerusalem is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor Intern, and Certified Care Transitions Coach. Prior to Lakeview Health, Eyerusalem has worked in leading hospitals of Houston, health departments, residential facilities, and psychiatric hospitals. Eyerusalem has worked in inpatient/PHP/outpatient programs specifically working with patients who have substance abuse disorders. Eyerusalem has experience with addiction, dual diagnosis, domestic violence and chronic diseases. Eyerusalem joined Lakeview Health in March 2020 as a primary therapist committed to providing high quality individualized care to empower patients in their recovery journey.

Dr. Brams is currently Assistant Professor, Division of Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine. He also serves as Director of Depelchin Children’s Center and Bayou City Research, Inc. Dr. Brams earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas in Austin, Texas and then received his MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas.

Adult, adolescent, and child psychiatry residency training was completed at Baylor College of Medicine. He has been a recipient of the Nancy Roeske Award for outstanding medical student education. Dr. Brams is a Principal Investigator in several key clinical trials as well as an invited presenter at numerous medical conferences, both regionally and nationally.

In addition to having lifetime board certification in Adult, Adolescent, and Child Psychiatry, Dr. Brams currently serves as a Senior National Board Examiner for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is also a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Research and clinical interests include Phase II, III, and IV clinical trials for treatment of broad range of mental health disorders.

Melanie Stolte, BSN, MSN, ARNP-C is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in treating addictions in a variety of settings including detoxification, residential, PHP, and IOP. She has been part of Lakeview Health’s Woodlands team since May of 2020 and works closely with the medical team. Her expertise and experience in managing patients with addiction and psychiatric disorders makes her an integral part of Lakeview Health’s multidisciplinary team with responsibilities for initial patient diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and collaboration with families and spouses when needed.

Position: Therapist

Shannon Stringer joined Lakeview Health, The Woodlands in 2020 as a primary therapist. Shannon graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and continued her education by receiving a Master of Science in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University. She started her career as a young adult therapist, integrating recovery skills with life skills. As a family program therapist, she focused on bridging the communication gaps between families and patients. A true advocate, she has spoken publicly to members of Congress on the importance of extended mental health and substance use coverage and addiction treatment in healthcare.
